Anna Rosemeyer

Anna Rosemeyer

Anna has led FPA’s People & Culture function for over 10 years.

An HR generalist, Anna has a passion for learning and development and encouraging people to reach their full potential within a supportive and caring professional setting.

Anna has over 25 years’ experience in professional services settings including IP, law and accounting.

She enjoys the intellectual stimulation of working with smart people who are genuinely really lovely work colleagues, and thrives in the firm’s supportive culture which is focused on innovation and best practice.

Anna holds a Bachelors of Commerce & Arts, post graduate studies in Human Resources and is a Chartered Accountant.

She is also trained in a range of development tools including MBTI, Enneagram and IECL coaching.

Cheryl Housden

Cheryl Housden

Cheryl is a HR Professional with 8 years’ experience across all functions of People and Culture. Her background has covered generalist HR support on policy, procedural advice and leadership. She is also a certified Mental Health First Aid Officer. Additionally, she recently led the procurement and implementation of contemporary HR information and performance management systems for FPA.

Lawra Bello

Lawra Bello

Lawra is a Generalist HR practitioner, working across all areas of the organisation. From policy advice to Learning & Development, Lawra endeavors to provide the highest quality of care and service to FPA staff. As a lifelong learner, education and growth are important to her, having completed her Masters of Human Resource Management, and currently undertaking a Masters of Strategic People Management.
