FPA Patent Attorneys - Australian Patent Prosecution Firm of the Year 2021

FPA Patent Attorneys has won the Australian Patent Prosecution Firm of the Year trophy at the Managing IP Awards 2021 and continues to be ranked Tier 1 for Patent Prosecution. This award recognises the breadth of expertise that exists at FPA Patent Attorneys and their ability to provide clients with an individualised service offering.

FPA Principals Karen Bentley, Chris Bird, Daneta Crump and John Dower were also again named by MIP as IP Stars. Additionally, Daneta Crump was listed in the Top 250 Women in IP.

FPA Patent Attorneys was also involved in one of the Australian Impact Cases of the Year, Meat and Livestock Australia V Branhaven [2020], having worked successfully with SBA Law in the Federal Court proceedings.
